The Horrors are a five-piece indie rock/death rock band from Southend, Essex. Led by Faris "Rotter" Badwan (hailed from the public school, Rugby, and in the middle of a degree at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design) and guitarist Joshua von Grimm (who graduated in Physics from University College London).
